Since each document is unique, we provide free, no-obligation quotes after reviewing your specific needs. As a general guideline, translation costs start at ₹300 per page, but may vary depending on the above factors. Contact us for a personalized quote.

What are your payment terms?

For online assignments: Full payment in advance.

For assignments over ₹5,000: 50% advance payment, 50% upon completion but before delivery.

We do not begin work without a minimum of 50% advance payment to confirm your order.

How do you ensure the quality of translations?

We prioritize accuracy and precision. We do not outsource, use machine translation, or rely on third-party tools. All translations are done manually by our experienced team, ensuring high-quality results. We are well-versed in legal terminology and only use the Government of Maharashtra-approved glossary for legally sound translations.

Do you work with freelance or part-time translators?

No, we do not. Our clients trust us with sensitive information, so all work is done in-house to maintain the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.

What if I'm not satisfied with the translation?

We are confident in our translations, as evidenced by our high repeat rate and positive client feedback. We actively communicate with you during the process to ensure your expectations are met. While we take every precaution, since translation is a manual process, there's a small chance of needing minor revisions. In such cases, we promptly address any feedback and make necessary changes to ensure your satisfaction.

How do you handle information security and privacy?

All assignments are treated as confidential, and your files are handled securely. We use up-to-date antivirus and anti-malware software to protect your data. Unless otherwise requested, files are deleted one month after delivery. We are also happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if required.

Can I cancel my assignment/ order?

Once work has begun, cancellation is not possible. We cannot issue refunds for orders that have been processed.

Will I receive a GST-registered invoice?

We currently operate as freelance translators and are not required to register for GST. However, we can provide a serially numbered invoice (soft copy).

Will I receive a hard copy of the translation?

We primarily deliver soft copies via WhatsApp or email. Hard copies are available upon request at an additional cost, which includes postage, handling, and stationary fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major online payment methods, including Google Pay/UPI, net banking, credit, and debit cards. Additional convenience fees may apply for credit card payments.

Do you offer free sample translations?

While we understand the need to assess quality, due to the high volume of inquiries, we cannot offer free samples. However, we encourage you to review our website for examples of past work. You can also opt to have a small portion translated first to gauge our quality before placing a larger order.
